Discover whether I'm the right coach for you
Where are you at now, in your career and in your life?
Maybe you feel exhausted. You’re juggling way too many balls and one (or more) is about to drop. You lack support and acknowledgement for all that you do. You’re longing to be intentional with your time and energy, and to feel seen. You’re longing for one bloody hour to yourself!
Maybe you’re going through a personal or professional transition. The uncertainty casts a fog over everything from your finances, to your identity, confidence and ability to trust yourself. You don’t know who you are anymore, what you want from life. You’ve become afraid to dream.
Maybe your work life feels unbearable. Deep down you know that you’re capable, but the cut-throat environment has chipped away at your confidence and left you feeling like a shell. Like you’re not enough. You long for resilience and self-belief.
If any of these scenarios resonate with you, know that it doesn’t have to be this way. You deserve to be seen, heard and supported. You deserve to feel joy and positivity.
This is where I come in.
With a background in capital markets, I have a unique vantage point to support finance professionals to build the life they envision, personally and professionally. In my 12 years working in sales and trading, in London and Paris, including managing teams of 20+, I have felt the joys, successes, challenges and pressures of the job. I have felt the overwhelm of juggling family and professional life. I have felt my confidence shrivel away as I ignore my authentic self year after year.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t happily ever after for me. After two years of intense stress, I became physically and mentally unwell, unable and unwilling to continue to pursue the career I had worked so hard to create. My regrets? That I didn’t stay true to myself and champion myself. That I didn’t realize I needed help until it was too late.
Having taken a one-year break to focus on my health, I am currently working as an Executive Coach, seeking certification through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ACC). Clients come to me as they struggle to navigate personal and professional transitions, career journeys, and periods of uncertainty. And they’re not asking for much. They’re asking to work hard and deliver incredible results in an environment where they can be authentic; where they are acknowledged for their value; where they feel confident; and where they can hear and trust their wise inner voice.

If that sounds like a utopian dream to you, it’s a sign of how off-track the corporate world has gone. Change isn’t happening overnight which means your current environment may be far from ideal. You don’t have much choice over that, but you do have choice over your response. That’s the magic of coaching. Coaching gives you a forum to prioritise and invest in yourself. A forum to explore your reactions and choose new ones.
I care deeply about people and enjoy dedicating time and energy to their personal and professional development. For me, coaching is an avenue to combine my interests and experiences with my mission – that is, to support clients to thrive in their careers and balance their personal lives, while contributing to an equal and humane corporate world. Coaching can keep the good ones in the game. And when the good ones stay in the game, the corporate world is a better place for all. Full stop.
Want to stay in the game and make the corporate world work for you, on your terms? Drop me a message to explore it together.

Three of the Five Ws
Who?
I am an Executive Coach who coaches individuals at various levels of seniority, from those with management ambitions, up to senior leaders. I specialize in coaching women in finance and other male-dominated industries, but am motivated to work with anyone who wants to make the corporate world work for them, on their terms.
What?
I am trained by the Co-Active Training Institute, which informs my coaching method. Co-Active coaching helps us understand our journey through life and intentionally design our life’s purpose and calling. It helps us discover the courage to be who we want to be and create what we want to see. It is a form of coaching that focuses on the whole person, and that holds fulfillment, balance and process as its key principles.
Why?
I loved my 12-year career in Investment Banking. I learned precious skills and life lessons, met inspiring people and made lifelong friends, but the job was not serving me anymore. In exploring my vision for the future, I realized that the most gratifying moments of my career were when I was working to grow and develop people, or when I was working to create change and impact. Coaching gives me a platform to focus on these two things: developing others while creating the change I want to see in the world: a more equal and humane corporate environment.
