Hi! I’m Hayley, an Executive Coach who is passionate about making the finance industry, and the corporate world as a whole, a more equal and humane place.
I bring twelve years’ experience in Sales and Trading, across London and Paris, including managing teams of 20+, and a strong sense of purpose to my work.
I care deeply about people and enjoy dedicating time and energy to their personal and professional development. I also have first-hand experience working in finance, a highly competitive, challenging and invigorating industry. For me, coaching is an avenue to combine my interests and experiences with my vision of the future – that is, to support clients to thrive in their careers and balance their personal lives, while contributing to an equal and humane corporate world.
